Galveston Bay fishing changes with the season and weather. Speckled trout, redfish, flounder, and sheepshead are common species. Find reports at tpwd.texas.gov — search for Gulf Coast Weekly Fishing Reports. West Galveston Bay reports are also available separately for the bay areas closest to Harris County's shoreline.
