Vehicle Registration in Bee County: Two Steps, One Sticker

Bee County residents register and inspect their vehicle through the county tax office under Texas's Two Steps, One Sticker program.

In Texas, vehicle inspection and registration are combined into one yearly process called Two Steps, One Sticker. Step one is a safety inspection at a licensed station. Step two is renewing your registration. You can renew online, by mail, or in person at the Bee County Tax Office in Beeville.

The Bee County Tax Assessor-Collector office handles renewals, title transfers, address changes, and disabled parking placards. The office is at 411 E. Houston St., Beeville. Call ahead or check the county website to confirm hours before you go, since hours can change.

Since March 2015, your registration sticker also shows that your inspection is current. If you just moved to Texas, you have 30 days to register your vehicle after you establish residency. The TxDMV website lists the Bee County office and all its services.
