Deer hunting in Navarro County has antler restrictions

Navarro County is in the Texas North Zone for deer, with a four-deer bag limit and a one-buck antler spread rule.

TPWD places Navarro County in the North Zone for white-tailed deer. The combined bag limit is four deer, with no more than two bucks and no more than two antlerless. Only one of your two bucks may have an inside spread of 13 inches or greater. The other buck must have at least one unbranched antler.

Seasons typically include archery, general, youth-only, and muzzleloader periods. Exact dates change each year. Always check the current TPWD Outdoor Annual before going out — seasons and rules are updated annually.
