Navarro Mills Lake has public boat ramps and camping
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers operates four public access areas with boat ramps on Navarro Mills Lake, west of Corsicana.
Navarro Mills Lake sits in western Navarro County, off Texas 31. Four public parks — Oak Park, Liberty Hill, Wolf Creek, and Brushie Prairie — each have boat ramps. Most charge a small daily fee or accept an annual permit. Liberty Hill Park also has a marina with live bait and boat rentals.
The lake is open for fishing, camping, and picnicking. Hours vary by park and season — some close at dusk in summer; Brushie Prairie Park is open year-round with no fee. For current hours and conditions, contact the TPWD District Fisheries Office at (903) 566-1615.
