Property Appraisal
Who Appraises Your Property in Randall County
Randall County shares an appraisal district with Potter County, called the Potter-Randall Appraisal District (PRAD), which sets the taxable value of your property.
The Potter-Randall Appraisal District (PRAD) handles property appraisals for both Randall and Potter counties. It is separate from the Randall County Tax Office, which collects your tax bill. Think of PRAD as the agency that decides what your property is worth, and the Tax Office as the one that sends the bill.
If you disagree with your appraised value, you can protest it with PRAD. Contact them at 806-358-1601 or visit prad.org. The Tax Office for Randall County is at 501 16th St., Suite 200, Canyon, and can be reached at 806-468-5540.
