Note: the Comptroller's directory states that this office does not collect property taxes — contact the Tom Green County Appraisal District for property tax payments. There are 14 taxing units in the county, including the county itself, multiple school districts, the City of San Angelo, and several water conservation districts. Each unit sets its own tax rate.
