The Webb County Appraisal District (WCAD) decides what your property is worth for tax purposes. It is at 3302 Clark Blvd in Laredo. You contact WCAD when you think your value is wrong or want to apply for an exemption.

The Tax Assessor-Collector's office at 1110 Victoria St., Suite 107 in Laredo sends your tax bill and takes your payment. These are two different offices with two different jobs. Nine taxing units — including Webb County, three school districts, three cities (Laredo, Rio Bravo, and El Cenizo), a junior college, and a drainage district — all collect through this system.
