Two offices handle property taxes here, and they do different jobs. The Lamb County Appraisal District sets the value of your property. It also collects most local property taxes. The appraisal district is at 1500 E. Delano Ave. in Littlefield.

The county Tax Assessor-Collector is a separate office inside the courthouse. According to the Texas Comptroller, that office does not collect property taxes in Lamb County.
