Brazos Bend State Park offers limited drawn hunts
Hunters can apply for drawn hunts at Brazos Bend State Park through the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department.
TPWD holds drawn hunts at Brazos Bend State Park for white-tailed deer and feral hog. These are limited-entry hunts selected by lottery. Hunters are transported to and from assigned blinds by TPWD staff, with blinds assigned by random drawing on the day of the hunt.
To apply, visit the TPWD public hunt drawing system online. Applications open in advance of each season — check the TPWD website for current application windows and available species.
A valid Texas hunting license is required for all hunts. Hunt dates, quotas, and season details change each year, so always verify current information at tpwd.texas.gov before applying.
