Lake Weatherford is a reservoir inside Parker County. It provides water for the city of Weatherford. It also offers public recreation such as fishing, boating, and picnicking.
The lake is one of two reservoirs named for Parker County in the Handbook of Texas. The other is Lake Mineral Wells, which sits on the western edge of the county near Palo Pinto County.
