Paying Your Property Taxes in Guadalupe County

The county Tax Assessor-Collector collects property taxes for Guadalupe County and many of its cities and districts.

Once your property is appraised, the Tax Assessor-Collector sends you a bill and collects the money. The office is at 307 W. Court St. in Seguin. You can reach them at (830) 379-2315 or daryl.john@co.guadalupe.tx.us.

Guadalupe County has more than 30 active taxing units. That includes the county itself, multiple school districts, cities, and several utility and water districts. Each unit sets its own tax rate. Even so, most bills are sent and collected through this one office. That makes it your main stop for tax questions and payments.
