The Parker County Tax Assessor-Collector handles vehicle registration for county residents. The office is at 1112 Santa Fe Dr. in Weatherford. You can also renew online through TxDMV if you prefer not to go in person.

New Texas residents have 30 days to register their vehicle after moving to the state. If you are buying a vehicle, the title transfer also goes through this office. Keep in mind that Parker County requires an emissions test before you can register most gas-powered vehicles. Plan ahead so you have the test done before your renewal deadline.
