A hunting license is required for anyone — resident or not, any age — to hunt animals or birds in Texas, with a few exceptions. A freshwater fishing license is required to fish in public waters. Titus County has several lakes including Lake Bob Sandlin, Wright Patman Lake, and smaller reservoirs.
